 | THE BAND The DJ Daniels Band took shape in January of 2012. A hard driving, Texas Music band that combines elements of country, rock, blues, and southern rock, they weave original songs and revamped cover tunes into a sound all their own. Consisting of 4 musicians that know the music well, DJ Daniels, Mike Allen, John Nelson and Billy Ferguson, the band is starting to make sparks all over Texas DJ Daniels is a Texas singer/songwriter originally hailing from Mississippi. DJ has a passion for music and began playing guitar at 8 years old. On a trip to Nashville in 2001, he recieved a recording contract with Dynasty Records.  | Mike Allen is a guitarist/songwriter from Conroe, Tx. 35 years in music, Mike has been on the road for much of that time opening for artists such as Johnny Rodriguez, Toby Keith, the Dixie Chicks and many others. |
 | John Nelson is bassist and harmony vocalist with the band. Performing since 1971, John is a seasoned player performing with a variety of country bands on and off the road. |
 | Billy Ferguson is the band drummer. Performing since 1996, like the rest of the band, Billy has spent much of the last 16 years performing locally and on the road. |
